I remember watching this interview on TV like ten years ago!
This was shot in Sydney, Australia for the Murderdolls performance at the Big Day Out. I remember the host, Jabba, saying Dave Grohl thought Joey was the best drummer in the world.
Joey smiled sweetly and said “Oh well thank you, that’s quite a compliment!”
I love his modest ways. x
